Most users are asking their first questions within 30 minutes of signing up. After you connect a data source, Aqlyx runs the full data pipeline automatically. Depending on your data volume, your first results typically appear in under 30 minutes -- often much faster.

There is no SQL, no dashboards to configure, and no training required beyond knowing what questions your business needs answered.

At the end of your trial, your subscription activates automatically and your card is charged for the first billing period. You will receive an email reminder before this happens.

If you decide Aqlyx is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged anything.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period -- you are never cut off mid-period.

After your period ends, your account moves to an inactive state. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. After that it is permanently deleted.

Aqlyx uses a modular pricing model. The base plan covers the core platform and GA4 web analytics at no additional cost. You then add only the data sources your business actually uses -- Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others -- each billed as a monthly add-on.

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure, hosted in Canada. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your business data is logically isolated per account -- no data is shared between tenants.

No. Your business data is never used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than powering your own Aqlyx account. Aqlyx uses AI to interpret your questions and query your data -- it does not learn from your data.

Aqlyx is designed with compliance in mind and aligns with GDPR, PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law), and HIPAA standards for applicable use cases. Data handling practices are built to meet the requirements of regulated industries including healthcare and life sciences.

Only your authorised account users can access your data through the Aqlyx interface. The Aqlyx team does not access your business data except in the case of a specific, consented support request. Access logs are maintained for audit purposes.

Aqlyx uses a two-layer approach. First, your data is processed through a governed pipeline that normalises, validates, and stores it in a structured format before any questions are asked. Second, when you ask a question, Aqlyx queries that pre-built data -- it does not generate numbers on the fly or estimate values.

Every answer includes a source citation showing which table and time range the data came from, so you can verify any number independently.

Data is refreshed automatically every 6 hours for most sources. This means your answers always reflect data that is no more than a few hours old. For new accounts, the first data load runs immediately after you connect a source.
