Aqlyx ("we", "our", or "us") operates a B2B AI-powered business intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: name, business email address, and company name provided during onboarding
• Usage data: queries submitted to the platform, session activity, and feature usage patterns
• Business data: data from connected sources (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, GA4) that you authorize us to access on your behalf
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and operational purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Aqlyx platform
• To process and respond to queries you submit
• To monitor platform health, diagnose issues, and improve reliability
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data to train AI models beyond what is necessary to serve your queries in-session.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage within isolated, tenant-scoped containers. Each client's data is logically separated and cannot be accessed by other clients. We implement industry-standard access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), and encryption at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

Aqlyx integrates with third-party platforms at your direction (Shopify, Google, Meta, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We access only the data you explicitly authorize through their OAuth and API systems.

We use Anthropic's Claude API to process natural-language queries. Queries are sent to Anthropic's API under their enterprise data handling terms and are not used for model training.

5. Data Retention

We retain your business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon contract termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

6. Your Rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Aqlyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
