These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aqlyx platform and services ("Service") provided by Aqlyx ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Aqlyx is a B2B AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to your business data sources and enables natural-language querying of your business data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to businesses and their authorized users.

You must be a business entity or an authorized representative of one to use Aqlyx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aqlyx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain full ownership of all data you connect to or upload to Aqlyx. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you connect to Aqlyx, including data from third-party platforms.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aqlyx platform, including its design, architecture, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

Responses generated by the Aqlyx AI are based on your business data and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for validating AI-generated insights before acting on them. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Aqlyx outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqlyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as agreed in your service contract.
